We have the Pig Roaster Box and can duplicate the Bobby Flay Roasted Pig as shown below. We bring the Marinated Pig, the La Caja Box, and all the sides. Cooked on site of course!

Smokey Joe's BBQ is cooked the traditional, southern style way. We place quality briskets and slabs of ribs in closed barbeque pits with hickory and cook them "slow and low". We never serve boiled or baked meat. Smokey Joe's cooks beef brisket and pork shoulders for up to 20 hours and ribs for up to 9 hours. Once you've tasted our meat cooked long and slow and experienced the fall-off-the-bone tenderness with that distinctive smoky flavor, you will understand why Smokey Joe's BBQ is your favorite choice for BBQ.
